FREE SHIPPING

We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping from our warehouses in Europe, USA & China. Deliveries are made by licensed logistics companies.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. You can see the countries we ship to at checkout. If your country is not listed, please contact us via chat on the Home Page or by email info@flameclock.com.

LOST / MISSING PACKAGES

Our fulfillment process is automated and we generally cannot change the address. If you made a mistake when typing the address, please contact us immediately and we will try to fix it. FlameClock™ is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please double check your address and details before finalizing the order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.

CUSTOMS

We ship from the US, China and Europe. Depending on the product and its availability, we will select the closest logistics center to your location.
International customers are responsible for all import/customs fees/local taxes that may be incurred upon receipt of your package.
By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

LONG IT WILL TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

We use live shipping rates. Estimated delivery time will appear during checkout. Please, allow 1-7 business days for handling and fulfilment.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.

MY TRACKING SAYS "NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT"

For some shipping companies, it takes 1-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SEND IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

Easy to use

Easily maneuver and adjust time according to your timezone. Simply pull on the rotating crown and starting and modify to your liking. After just push and set time.

Refill

Very Simple to refill. Insert liquid lighter fluid though whole pump. Leave it inserted for about 5 seconds and release. Use with caution as it is a very flamable liquid. Only use with supervision. We recommend using appropriate fluid lighter.

BLUE FLAME

Significantly large blue flame. Delivers exactly what you need.
